2.1 Prices are quoted per vial and per milligram of net peptide content. Pack sizes are stated in milligrams per vial and vials per box.
2.2 Published prices apply to individual accounts. Institutional pricing applies on approved institutional accounts holding an issued code.
2.3 Purchase order and net 30 terms are available on approved institutional accounts from the second order, against a purchase order number issued by the institution's own system.
2.4 Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
2.5 The payment instrument name must match the account name. We do not accept payment from a third party.
3.1 We may refuse any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, and we refuse orders routinely. Refusal is not a judgement about you.
3.2 We refuse an order, and close the account, where an order note, message, support ticket or account field refers to administration to a person or an animal, to a dose, a route, an injection, a reconstitution, a condition, a symptom, a part of the body, or a named individual who is to receive the material.
3.3 We refuse orders where the payment instrument name does not match the account name; where the account holder is under 21; where the ship-to address is a freight forwarder, parcel reshipper, mail drop or post office box; where the ship-to address is in a state or country we do not serve; or where any party to the order appears on a restricted party list.
3.4 We refuse any request to alter, reword or omit the research-use statement on a label, invoice, packing slip or customs declaration.
3.5 Refused orders are refunded in full to the original payment instrument. There is no fee.
3.6 Quantity limits apply per account on a rolling 30-day basis and are enforced automatically.
4.1 Each lot is sold against the specification published on that lot's page at the time of your order. That page is permanent.
4.2 If you have a sealed, unopened unit from a lot analysed and independently assayed at your own accredited laboratory, and the result falls outside the specification published for that lot for identity, purity or net peptide content, we refund the full purchase price of the order and reimburse the documented cost of your test up to $[cap], and we publish your result on that lot's page alongside ours.
4.3 This applies to identity, purity and net peptide content only. It makes no representation about sterility, endotoxin, pyrogens or any other attribute, and it makes no representation of any kind about use.
4.4 Claim within 90 days of delivery, from the account that placed the order, with the laboratory's report, its accreditation number, and the lot number.
4.2 If material arrives damaged, mislabelled, or as a compound other than the one ordered, return the sealed unit within 30 days for a full refund including return shipping.
5.1 Sealed, unopened, undamaged units may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, in original packaging, where storage condition has been maintained.
5.2 Opened units are not returnable, because we cannot establish the storage and handling history of material that has left our control, and we will not resell material whose history we cannot state.
5.3 Made-to-order material, Specification orders and reserved lots are not returnable except under clause 4.

7.2 You are responsible for the suitability of any material for your work and for the handling, storage, use and disposal of it once delivered, including compliance with your institution's own requirements.
8.1 The research-use statement you sign at checkout is recorded with the exact text you were shown, its version, the time, and your order. A copy is emailed to you and kept in your account.
