Universities, hospitals, government laboratories, contract research organisations, analytical laboratories, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, and veterinary and agricultural research institutes.
An approved institutional account carries institutional pricing, purchase order terms after the first order, the extended catalog, institutional quantities, and access to Lot Reserve and Specification.
Send the six items below through the account form, choosing "Institution or company". A named person reviews it, not a form. We aim to answer within two business days.
Optional, and it unlocks purchase order terms: a tax identification number, VAT or GST number, national business registration number, or a purchase order number issued by your own procurement system. It is never required to open an account.
On approval your institution is issued a single code. The code is bound to your account and applies institutional pricing and the extended catalog. It is not a discount code. It cannot be used by anyone outside the account, it is not printed anywhere, and there is one per institution rather than one per person.
Accounts are re-verified once a year.

We do not generate a purchase order on your behalf. A purchase order issued by us is not a purchase order.
One lot, held for the length of your study.
Lot-to-lot variation is a real source of noise in a multi-month protocol and it is a source of noise you can remove by buying it out at the start. Reserve a quantity of a single lot and we hold it against scheduled releases on one purchase order, at the bulk mass tier, with a hold fee credited against the orders.

Custom synthesis to your own written specification.
Your specification, on your paper, signed by your principal investigator: components, ratios, total mass, container, and your own internal designation. Per-component identity and purity on the certificate. Made to your order, not stocked.
Two things we will not do, and both are deliberate.
We will not propose what to make. The specification originates with you in every case. Nobody here suggests a composition, in writing or on a telephone.
We will not accept a specification for a mixture the laboratory cannot assay component by component. If per-component identity and purity cannot be validated in the mixture, we decline the order rather than publish a purity figure we cannot support.
