What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
The details you give us when you register, place a reservation, request a quote or write to us: e-mail address, account type, organization, the items in your order and your message. Our server also records the date, time and IP address of each submission, which we keep as the record of your research-use confirmation.
To open and run your account, to tell you when a lot is released, to answer you, and to keep the records the law and our own terms require. We send account and lot notices. You can ask us to stop any other e-mail at any time.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with any other company for marketing. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers; card payments, when offered, are handled by the payment processor.
One cookie remembers that you have registered, so the research library opens for you. Your cart is kept in your own browser. We do not use advertising trackers.
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep. Write to us through the contact form.
In force from September 2026.
